Note: The two length or rate estimations of the outskirt base left-sweep properties characterize the radii of a quarter circle that characterizes the state of the edge of the external outskirt edge. The main esteem is the flat sweep, the second the vertical span. In the event that the second esteem is discarded it is replicated from the first. In the event that either length is zero, the corner is square, not adjusted. Rates for the even span allude to the width of the fringe box, though rates for the vertical range allude to the tallness of the outskirt box.
